Piping Gel 120g
Piping gel can be used in several ways – blend it seamlessly with buttercream frosting for a velvety texture or with whipped topping to enhance body and its colour receptiveness.
You can infuse it with flavour and drizzle over fruit cakes, pies, or plain cakes, for a glossy glaze.
Piping gel can also be used as an adhesive for edible images on cakes and cupcakes. Lightly coat the backing of the edible image before affixing it to the cake surface.
