Join us in a fun two hour class focused on flavour!
This dessert cake is made from a soft, light buttercake, and filled with delicious strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It is topped with strawberry crumble and fresh strawberries. Marie will teach you how to make delicous Swiss Meringue Buttercream, how to tort your cake and stack your layers so that they are even.
You will take home a gorgeous and delicious 6in cake!
